Start a timer on a task here and the task comes with it. Its subtasks sit under the clock where you can tick them off, and the progress bar above them moves while the time is still running. Stop early and the focus time is still saved against that task.
It ends with a sound only if you asked for one. That is the only alert FinishTrax will ever send you — and you started it yourself.
You finally got into the hard thing, and now the bank needs calling back before four. The task itself takes two minutes. Finding your way back into the hard thing takes the rest of the afternoon.
Capture the interruption in one line without touching the branches you already trust — it lands in its own Temporary tasks folder, not in the middle of your projects. Deal with it, then tap your previous task in Recent focus. The note is still open at the line you left.
If you've ever reopened your own task and had no idea what you meant — you're not careless. The context was never in the task. It was in your head, three weeks ago, and you start the thinking over from zero. Every task here carries its own Markdown note: the link, the screenshot, the half-written paragraph.
